Elizabeth Estrada is a Partner at Friedman Rodman Frank & Estrada, P.A. she represents clients in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice Claims, Products Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Insurance Coverage Disputes, Negligent Security, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injuries, Nurse Home Negligence, Workers' Compensation Claims, Longshore, and Harbor Act Based Claims. She has litigated, arbitrated, and mediated cases throughout the State of Florida.
Ms. Estrada has obtained several million-dollar settlements, judgments, and jury verdicts on behalf of her clients during her career. She is a member of Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a membership for trial lawyers who have won million-dollar settlements and verdicts.
She is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only organization which extends membership to elite attorney recognized for superior qualification, trial results, and leadership in their respective state. She was selected in 2019 for Civil Plaintiff Top 40 under 40 and Top 100 Trial Attorneys.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Estrada worked as an attorney for Fortune 500 companies, insurers, and self-insureds. Her practice included insurance coverage, bad faith, property coverage, as well as third-party insurance defense and general liability While in law school she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Diane Ward and the Honorable Julio Jimenez in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
Ms. Estrada received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Miami in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2014. Ms. Estrada is a Miami native and is fluent in English and Spanish and also been admitted to practice at the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida.
